The process

From first look to keys

Seven steps, one party responsible to you, and one document that follows your unit the whole way: your Build Sheet.

  1. Explore

Browse the live site map to see which units are available, reserved or sold. Every bay, corner and combination shows its size and position.

    What we do

Answer your questions and set up a private walk of the site.

  2. Configure

Pick a unit or combine bays into one larger space. Choose a package, then add the items you want. Your price updates as you go, and once your options and customizations are complete you get your estimated delivery.

    You get your Build Sheet
    What we do

Review your configuration with you and confirm every choice fits your unit.

  3. Reserve

Hold your unit and your configuration with a small refundable deposit while you review the documents.

    What we do

Take your unit off the market and send you the full condominium documents.

  4. Sign

Sign your purchase agreement and Build Sheet online. Your deposit goes directly to an independent title company and stays in escrow until closing.

    Your price is locked
    What we do

Give you the review period Wisconsin condominium law provides, and walk you through anything in the documents.

  5. Design Studio

Sit down with the Apex Design Studio to refine layout, finishes, lighting and equipment. Ask for something we don't list, and we'll tell you quickly if it can be done and what it costs.

    What we do

Bring renderings, material samples and a virtual walkthrough of your unit, then update your Build Sheet.

  6. Build

Follow construction in your owner portal: photos, schedule, documents and any decisions still open. Add upgrades any time before each item's decision date.

    What we do

Build your unit, photograph everything before it's covered, and invite you for a walkthrough before the walls close.

  7. Close and personalize

Walk your finished unit, close, and get your keys. Your configurator stays open, so you can keep adding equipment and finishes for years.

Your unit, ready for what's next
    What we do

Hand over your warranty, as-built records and photos, then quote and build anything you add later.

Built in

Every unit starts future-ready

The hardest upgrades to add later are the ones under the floor and inside the structure. So we build them in from day one, and most of what you might want stays possible for as long as you own your unit.

Lift-ready slab

Concrete engineered to carry a vehicle lift, wherever you decide to put one.

Sleeves under the slab

Conduit placed before the pour, so power and data can reach the middle of the floor later.

EV-ready

Wiring in place for a charger, so adding one is a simple install.

Mezzanine-ready structure

Designed from the start to carry a future mezzanine without rework.

Room to grow on power

Electrical capacity planned for compressors, lifts, heat and the tools you haven't bought yet.

A record of everything

Photos of every line under the slab and inside the walls, saved to your owner file.

Customize

Three ways to make it yours

Almost anything is possible. What changes is when you decide and how it's priced.

Timing

When decisions are due

Some choices have to be made before a building is ordered or a slab is poured. The owner portal shows the exact date for every item on a unit. Here is the general shape.

Protection

How we protect your purchase

Buying a unit that isn't built yet should feel certain. These are the commitments behind every Apex sale.

Your deposit stays in escrow

Deposits go to an independent title company, not to us, and are held under the terms of your purchase agreement.

Your price is locked when you sign

Everything on your signed Build Sheet keeps its price. Anything you add later is priced and signed the same way, before work starts.

One party responsible to you

Apex is responsible to you for your unit, start to finish. Our builder works under contract to us and answers to us, so you never have to sort out who is accountable. You deal with Apex.

Questions

Questions buyers ask

Can I combine bays into one larger unit?

Yes. Bays can be combined before the building is ordered. Combined units are one of the best ways to get a space that fits exactly what you want to do with it.

What happens if I miss a decision date?

Your unit is built with the Apex standard specification for that item. Because every unit is future-ready, most upgrades can still be added after closing.

How is my deposit handled?

Deposits are paid directly to an independent title company and held in escrow. Your purchase agreement sets out exactly when deposits are refundable.

Can I finance my unit and my upgrades?

Upgrades chosen before closing are part of your purchase price, so they can be included in your financing. Many buyers pay cash. We are happy to introduce you to lenders familiar with the project.

Who designs and builds Apex?

Apex is developed by Apex 1 and designed and built by Alliance Construction & Design, a design-build firm based in Wrightstown, Wisconsin, under contract to Apex. Your agreement is with Apex, and Apex is responsible to you for the finished unit, including warranty service.

Who do I call with a question or a warranty issue?

Apex, always. Before and after closing, you have one contact. We log every request, direct our builder and follow it through until it is resolved.

How can I use my unit?

Use is governed by the condominium documents and the Village of Greenville's approvals for the project. We walk every buyer through them before signing, so there are no surprises.

Can I use my own contractor after closing?

Alterations follow the Association's approval process and contractor requirements in the condominium documents. Many owners use Apex because we know the building and keep the records of everything behind the walls.

Where can I see pricing?

Starting prices are shared on request.
